Trimmed user groups

With gigantic help from Vulcan (thanks!!) I've trimmed the XU Member usergroup so it more realisticly shows who are actually members of the guild. Now pretty much everyone in the group should be actual members with only a few deliberate misses.

If you have accidently been removed, please pm me or reply here so I can fix it for you
